I have been here for over three weeks and I am very happy. Still have some boxes to unpack but did not want to wait any longer to review my experience. I began looking into moving at the beginning of the year,at the suggestion of my daughter she said to look into The Arbors at Hull Street. I emailed for a tour after the pre application questions on line. Eunice Perez was so kind and informative ( she always is) in detail she explained the amenities and what would be needed to make this my home. I was able to see a vacant apartment at the time. I fell in love with the kitchen spacious and I love the cabinets. Community Manager Cathy Miller did not hesitate ( has not stopped) helping and walking me through the necessary documents for the application process. Both ladies answered my calls emails with patience and knowledge. Living here now I can tell you I feel safe, comfortable and happy with my community here. My neighbors are friendly. The grounds are always clean, and well maintained. Jim one of the maintenance gentleman is very attentive, informative and polite. Myrna, the bus driver is also very approachable and kind. If you are of age and looking for a place to make it your home I strongly suggest the you look into The Arbors at Hull Street it has so much to offer, amenities all under one roof, community of kind neighbors, lovely surroundings and kind staff. I am still new only 3 weeks but this is home, and I am part of the community now.

Eunice the assistant manager is always helpful to me I'm always looking for her because I know I can come to her always and she will always assist regardless of how busy she is she takes her time with a smile always. Thankful to have her working here I hope she sticks around.
