  We were referred to Mr Solnick by another attorney, which indicates a lot in and of itself. (A lawyer’s lawyer!) I had contacted numerous firms and individuals re: an elder financial exploitation which was quite complicated and complex involving a fraudulent secondary market annuity. No one wanted to touch the case, despite substantial clear evidence that we were the victims of a sophisticated ring of high value fraudsters that had been conning elderly targets for decades. I was feeling distressed and pressured…With the clock ticking, facing a out of state federal court interpleader action lawsuit that would have forced us to defend and indemnify the very entities that had systematically siphoned life savings away from a 84 yr old widowed grandma that sacrificed and scrimped to leave funds to care for her grandchildren (one of which is autistic and has numerous health issues that prevent her from holding a job or driving and demand continuous costly medical care). Mr Solnick agreed to help us. I researched his background, checked reviews, school attended, etc. and believed he could and would help. What others were afraid to tackle, I felt he saw as a challenge. It was truly a David vs Goliath situation. Within a short period of time he grasped and understood the case, filed the answer and complaint with the federal court, and began talks with other parties to negotiate a settlement that will recover all funds for the fraudulent transaction and avoid further litigation. Truly a great job and a major win in record time! If you need a fighter - who possesses clarity to achieve a true win, he’s your guy! I pray we have no further legal needs, but he would be my go to.
